17th Annual Beaujolais Nouveau Party
The third Thursday in November is “Nouveau Day” when the first bottles of France’s Beaujolais Nouveau red wine are uncorked after midnight. Beaujolais Nouveau 2011 was officially uncorked one minute past midnight on Thursday, November 17, at a party at SIR Stage37.
